About Digital Commerce & Marketing (Digi. Comm. & Mktg) Department

The Digital Commerce & Marketing Department trains students in strategies to drive traffic, engage audiences, and convert leads into customers. It covers SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce optimization. Students also explore AI-driven personalization, neuromarketing, and cross-cultural communication to craft campaigns that resonate globally while leveraging data analytics for decision-making.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Improving website rankings on search engines like Google.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Social Media Management: Creating and managing content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Influencer Marketing: Partnering with influencers to promote products or services.
  • Email Marketing: Designing and executing email campaigns for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Content Marketing: Developing valuable content to attract and engage audiences.
