About Digital Strategy & Project Management Department

The Digital Strategy & Project Management Department teaches students to plan, execute, and scale digital initiatives effectively. It covers digital transformation leadership, agile methodologies, competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, and ROI measurement. Students also explore ecosystem collaboration, scenario planning, and strategic foresight to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation within organizations.

  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Planning and implementing digital change initiatives.
  • Agile Project Management: Using agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Waterfall Project Management: Following traditional linear project approaches.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Allocating resources and managing costs.
  • Performance Metrics & KPIs: Defining and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Change Management: Facilitating organizational adaptation to new processes.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborating with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Reviewing project outcomes and lessons learned.
